Boerewors is made from coarse beef mince, spices and fat, all mixed together and placed in casing . It has to contain 90% of meat in order to be classified as boerewors. In our Boerewors there are only Angus meat. No preservatives are added thus making our Boerewors great for sizzling on the braai.
